Justin is a lawyer with substantial education and experience. Justin is a Master of Securities Law graduate from the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada. He is focused on providing preemptive and cost efficient legal counsel. Justin has private and public experience in both Canadian and American courts and law firms. Justin has been before courts in Ontario and New Jersey.
Justin has worked with clients in negotiating complex cross border transactions. He has negotiated deals between companies in Canada, United States, and India. He has also conducted complex transactions that involved international business acquisitions.
Prior to establishing this law office, Justin practiced as a cross border associate for a plaintiff's class action firm based in Toronto. During his time as a plaintiff's class action associate, he worked on multimillion dollar complex class actions involving securities and competition laws.
As a contributor to the literary legal community, Justin writes frequently with an intent to demystify complex areas of law. He served as Editor and co-author for both the ABA's Asia Pacific Committee and Canada Committee's The International Lawyer Year In Review submissions. He authored a law journal article where he articulated a new method for directing overseas investment into struggling neighborhoods in the United States by combining New Market Tax Credit with the Fifth Employment Based Visa.
Prior to attending Osgoode Hall, he worked as a Project Manager and Attorney for a National American Real Estate Developer based in their Orlando office. Before working as a Project Manager, Justin was a Summer Associate for a large Floridian law firm in their Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Department.
